We gladly accept returns and exchanges:
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom orders
- Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
We want you to be as happy about your healing stones as we are. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me immediately upon receipt. Any problems will be worked out to your satisfaction as much as possible. Returns and exchanges are accepted, but you may be responsible for shipping and associated costs incurred.
If we messed up, (Incorrect description, wrong item, missing item), we will make it right and we will cover the shipping. We pack our items carefully, and cannot be responsible for any damage in shipping, or if it disappears on the way to you. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let us know for a shipping insurance quote.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to arrange an exchange. Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return so we can connect it to the right order.
We accept credit cards and Bank Transfers for payment.
Payment is due at the time of purchase, otherwise the transaction will be voided/cancelled.
We ship to the address you have provided on our store. If you want shipping to a different address, please indicate in a message with your order. We are not responsible for lost packages shipped to an address you have provided. If your address is not recognized by the Post Office, we will use the one they suggest.
We ship USPS Priority Mail – Small Flat Rate Box, within 2 business days of when we receive your payment. If you need to add insurance or expedited shipping, please contact me before sending payment, and we can create a custom listing for you.
We currently only offer shipping within the USA. If you are in another country, please contact me for a shipping quote.
The shipping charge also includes packaging materials for the safety of your items, and a small handling charge.
Orders are not considered “lost” in transit until the following amount of time has passed: Domestic U.S. orders-21 days past the shipping date.

If you are looking for something specific, please give a shout! We have extensive stock that may not be in the store. Check the Gallery or the search box in the sidebar or footer. We also have many stock items of beautiful stones awaiting your attention. We can send you pictures to show you the options we have at hand.
It is important to us to represent our supplies as accurately as possible, both in words and photos. However, many factors influence color in our photos, including lighting, our camera, our and your monitor settings, and even how your own eyes perceive color. If you have any questions about the color please contact Janet before you order.
Q: How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact?
A: Jewelry is packed and shipped in via USPS Priority Mail, boxed, and protected.
Q: How is jewelry presented?
A: Jewelry is shipped in beautiful organza bags – ready for gift giving.
Q: Can I buy just the earrings from a ‘matching’ set?
Q: Is the item durable?
A: Hand beaded jewelry is robust, to a finite degree.

We are working on our full policy and all the legalese. However, we want to start by saying that any information you provide through this site in order to purchase an item or leave a blog comment – will never be shared or sold. That’s my promise, Janet Edkins, to you, my valued client. I personally hate spam in all it’s nefarious forms and I will not knowingly contribute to it’s propagation.
